Hi, I’m Wendy!
I’m an audio producer, storyteller, journalist, and podcast host. I most recently hosted and produced Where I Belong, a narrated, story-driven podcast from Museum of Brisbane.
My accent is from California but my home has been Australia for most of the past two decades. In the US I was a reporter and producer for NPR affiliate Houston Public Media and a regular contributor to arts and culture magazines.
My stories have aired on NPR and American Public Media’s Marketplace. In recent years, I was a producer for ABC Radio National’s The Art Show and wrote a blog that told inspiring stories from nonprofits and social enterprises across Australia.
I’m currently based in Bogotá, Colombia, until sometime in 2024.
